From your order to your first run. Here is what happens, and what we do before a toolkit goes on sale.

Click Start order and send the short form. We reply with a PayPal invoice within 24 hours.

Pay the invoice with PayPal or a card. The download link is emailed to you immediately after payment.

Unzip into ~/.claude/skills (or your project), restart Claude Code, then describe the task.

How does ordering work?
Click Start order on any product and send the short form. We reply by email with a PayPal invoice. Once it's paid, the files arrive by email.
What is delivered, and how quickly?
A .zip file with the skill folders or template files listed on the product page, plus a README with setup steps. The download link is emailed to you immediately after payment.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. The PayPal invoice can be paid with a PayPal account or directly with a debit or credit card.
Do I need Claude Code or other tools and subscriptions?
Each product page lists exactly what it needs, for example Claude Code, Python 3.10+ or a specific API key. Third-party subscriptions and API usage are billed by those providers and are not included in the price.
How do I install a skills pack?
Unzip the download, copy the skill folders into ~/.claude/skills (or .claude/skills inside a project), then restart Claude Code. The skills load automatically when a task matches them.
What if it doesn't work?
Email support with your order number and what happened. We fix most setup problems within a day. If a product doesn't work and can't be fixed, you get a refund under the refund policy.
